Pressure Washing & Soft Washing Pricing
Most pressure washing companies in Bucks County won't post real numbers. You have to call and wait for a quote. We think homeowners deserve to know what to expect before they pick up the phone. Below are our pricing ranges, based on real jobs across Bucks County. Your exact quote depends on square footage, number of stories, buildup level, and access. Every job is different and this pricing is just general, but this should get you within a realistic ballpark.
House Soft Washing

Includes full exterior soft wash, removal of algae, mold, mildew, cobwebs, and dirt buildup. Two-story and hard-to-access homes may run toward the higher end.
Roof Soft Washing
No minimum fee
per sq ft, based on roof size and pitch
Steep-pitch roofs, multiple roof lines/dormers, or heavy black-streak buildup (common on north-facing PA roofs) can run higher. We never use high pressure on shingles.
Driveway, Walkway & Patio

Heavily stained concrete, oil stains, or rust may require additional treatment at extra cost. After cleaning, pavers that have lost joint sand benefit from re-sanding and sealing. We do not provide this service.
Deck & Fence Cleaning
Priced by material
- Trex / composite decking: ~$0.20 per sq ft, depending on age and buildup
- Wood decking: $1.75 – $2.50 per sq ft (3-stage clean, brighten, treat process)
- Fencing: priced similarly to decking; depends on one side or both sides
Gutter Cleaning
per linear foot · $249 minimum per visit unless bundled with other services

Includes clearing debris from gutters and flushing downspouts. Homes with steep rooflines, gutter guards to remove/replace, or heavy pine/leaf buildup may be quoted higher. Ask about our spring + fall cleaning bundle for a discounted rate on both visits booked together.

- Surface material. Older Bucks County stone homes require more careful, time-intensive soft washing
